The alligator can be a large powerful predator and is located throughout the southeastern U.S.. These beautiful creatures are normally shy and harmless to humans. They are only a threat when swimming in occupied waters. However, humans are so threatended by the alligator that they insist on eliminating them when found nearby. Trappers play a childs game with these people and tell them they are relocating the alligator when in fact they immediately kill the alligator when out of sight and take them to an alligator processing plant.
